Mirjam de Hoon 

 

Mirjam combines her 10 years of experience with facilitating retreats,  offering readings and healings, trauma sensitive yoga sessions and her clairvoyant qualities to guide, support and comfort you during the retreats and in the 1-on-1 sessions.

Her spiritual jurney started when she was 14 and started to meditate, work with cristals and did Reiki 1,2 and 3 with her grandmother. Her grandmother was also clairvoyant all her life but only openly spoke about it when is turned 70 when she was trained at the Barbara Brennon School fo Healing. Mirjam and her walked this path

Mirjam works fulltime for Hearts of Living since 2011. She’s an internationally trained Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga (500 RYS, Yoga Alliance Certified) teacher and Mindfulness coach. She is also an international trained Children’s Yoga teacher (Kidding around Yoga).

She is an official facilitator of Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), trained by the Trauma Center Boston, MA, USA. This requires continues education and being part of a supervision program.

She is trained and still continues training in the Wim Hof method. Connected breathing and exposure to the cold are two extremely healing practices.

Mirjam is always searching for the connection. She finds ways to be a bridge; between body, mind and spirit and between life on earth and spirit life and beyond. 

She lives in the Netherlands with her two daughters. Four times a year she is abroad to facilitate the retreats. When in the Netherlands she works as a coach and therapist guiding people towards a more balanced, effortless, meaningful and joyful life. Her main focus is to learn to consciously relax the nervous system and being (heart)centered, aligned with spirit. Resulting in empowerment, freedom and gives a clear view point. This positively changes the physical, emotional and mental state. Resulting in different beliefs, relationship and choices which brings about positive change in ones life.

Having struggled with anxiety, panic attacks and depression from her early youth and being a survivor of complex trauma in her early twenties herself Mirjam brings an unique combination of knowledge, intuition and personal experience to the table.

Currently she’s working on her book “Trauma Healing – Free Human-Being ”.
